Beulah T. Whitby Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves and supports people in the Metropolitan Detroit Community.  We provide programs for seniors, youth, college scholarships, and educational resources. We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
